Note: CME first seen to the SE by SOHO LASCO C2 beginning at 2026-07-13T19:36Z, as well as by SOHO LASCO C3 and GOES CCOR-1 in later frames. This CME is not visible in STEREO A COR2 due to a data gap beginning at 2026-07-13T18:53Z. The source of this event is likely far sided as no clear eruptions are visible on the disk, but field line movement is visible from beyond the SE limb in GOES SUVI 284 beginning at approx. 2026-07-13T19:00Z. An estimated C9 flare is seen from preliminary Solar Orbiter STIX data, possibly from Active Region 14478, which rotated off of the Earth-facing disk around 2026-07-07. The approximate source longitude estimated from preliminary Solar Orbiter magnetogram data is S05W180.
